Up for sale is a gorgeous old school showbike built by Garwood Custom Cycles in North Carolina. Many of their bike builds were featured in Super Streetbike magazine back in the day. This bike started out life as a standard 2007 GSXR 1000 and they worked their usual magic stretching it with a 12" over custom fabricated swingarm and a set of billet aluminum wheels with a wider rear wheel wearing a 240 tire. The front end had a matching billet wheel installed with a caliper delete kit for less drag, less weight, and better looks. This has a fully adjustable Brocks Lowering link and is currently set about 1" lower than stock height. It has a fully adjustable PSR side stand that we added to allow full adjustability of the ride height and replace the shortened stock kickstand. This has a Voodoo exhaust but the engine is otherwise factory stock and original. This is the original factory plastic and tank but was custom painted to the customers taste when the bike was built. It has a brand new rear tire, EK chain and Vortex Sprocket and just had a full fluids change as well as spark plugs, filters, and battery after sitting in storage for several years. The bike runs as good as it looks and needs nothing but a new owner. This bike turns heads anywhere it goes between the understated custom paint, long, low, and wide stance, and aggressive shorty Voodoo pipe which is hard to miss when cracking the the throttle. This bike was over $20k back in the day as you see it now and it just had over $1500 worth of service just done to it to get it ready for the upcoming season, it is priced to sell because of the time of year, buy now and save big over springtime bike week prices!
